Final Search Fixes for Version 17

The special options (sort by role, show subsystems, show aliases) have been added to the keyword search page.
The special options were missing from the Gene Search and the Signature Genes Tool. This has been fixed.
The Gene Search returned an error if no search words were specified. This has been fixed.
The keyword search box has been moved to the bottom of the Subsystem Search Form.
The presentation order for the controls on the Signature Genes Tool has been changed.
The Show URL option is now the default on all of the search forms.
